Takeaways are made with puffed milk protein, real cheese, coconut oil, tapioca syrup and chicory root fiber, along with things like real tomato, oregano, basil, jalapeno, etc. They are gluten-free, soy-free, corn-free, and non-GMO. Each snack bar has 120 calories, 12g of protein, 3g of fiber, and 1 to 2g of sugar. All of the cheese is pasteurized, and all of our bars are vegetarian.
